Legal Age Requirement: All beer is being sold by Bottle Trek, LLC. Beer may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 21 years old. By virtue of your order with Bottle Trek, LLC you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom any beer will be delivered is also 21 years old. At the time of delivery, any shipment containing an alcohol beverage product will require the signature of an adult possessing valid picture identification issued by a government agency proving he or she is at least 21 years old.

• All buyers and recipients of purchased alcohol must be 21 years of age or older.

• Preventing Underage Purchases: AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED BY LAW FOR ALL DELIVERIES! If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. We encourage you to use a commercial business address such as your office to assure the fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the logistics center it originally shipped from. An additional fee will apply to reship undeliverable packages. Bottle Trek, LLC recognizes and complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. All shipments require an adult signature; proof of age will be verified by delivery carrier. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.

• If an order is returned for failure to provide proper proof of age, the Buyer is responsible for payment of all return shipping charges. In addition, Bottle Trek, LLC will charge a $10.00 stocking fee.

• Bottle Trek, LLC is NOT responsible for weather related damage. Common carriers do not provide climate control over shipments and thus cannot insure our packages from freezing. The purchaser assumes all risk brought on by the weather during shipment. Damage related to the weather and climate during shipment is not the responsibility of Bottle Trek, LLC or the common carrier. Please do not place orders when extreme hot or cold weather is expected.

• The buyer may be required to provide one if not all of the following: Written proof of age in the way of a faxed copy of buyer’s driver’s license along with matching hand written signature. Verbal and/or electronically recorded affidavit from the buyer of age.

• Title of all products sold is transferred to the buyer at the time the initial payment is made and said transfer occurs in the state of Oregon. By the act of purchasing products from Bottle Trek, LLC the buyer authorizes Bottle Trek, LLC to act on your behalf in processing and shipping the order and to engage a common carrier on their behalf for shipment of product unless the buyer states otherwise.

• Bottle Trek, LLC makes no claim that the buyer has any legal right to have alcohol shipped to any destination outside the state of Oregon. Bottle Trek, LLC makes no claims to currently hold nor is obligated to obtain any permits or licenses in the event they are required. The customer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic purchases and as such is expected to know and abide by their local and state laws.

• Due to restrictions you may not have your delivery made to a P.O. Box or a military address, or any international address (including our Canadian neighbors).

• Price and availability are subject to change without notice.

• All transactions are void where prohibited by law.

• Due to restrictions in the respective state laws, we are not able to ship alcohol to AL, AR, KY, MD, MA, MS, MT, PA & UT. New Hampshire orders will be charged an 8% tax on the retail price. Ohio residents will receive an Ohio Excise and Sales tax self-reporting form with their order. Please note that all tax reporting and payment is the responsibility of the purchaser. Because of the high shipping costs, we are unable to offer beer of the month club membership to residents of Alaska and Hawaii.

• All “Beer of the month” club orders will be shipped out on or around the 25th of the month. From this ship date your package will arrive around the first week of the month.

• Regardless of start date, gift announcements will be sent out approximately 2 days after the order is placed to the shipping address. If you do not want a gift announcement sent out, you must leave that area blank.
